Our Mission:

Building beloved community to assert and defend the dignity of all people

STAND is a community that was founded in February of 2025 in the face of increasingly unconstitutional and cruel policies enacted by the executive branch. After a lot of discussion, we decided that we would focus on three things:

  1. Support people in our community harmed by unjust policy.

  2. Communicate information to those that need it, and demand truth from those seeking to hide it.

  3. Protest and influence policies that fundamentally undermine people’s worth.
